I'm Having Trouble Uploading Files

If you're having difficulty uploading files in the chat, you'll find a step-by-step guide and troubleshooting tips here.

If the upload isn't working, it's usually due to one of the following reasons:

1. Browser Extensions
   Browser extensions (like ad blockers, security or privacy tools) often block the upload process. Try disabling your browser extensions to test. Alternatively, you can open the page in incognito/private mode or use a different browser (like Chrome).

2. Cookie Settings
   If cookies are blocked, uploading can fail as well, since important session data won't be saved. Make sure cookies are allowed. After that, refresh the page and try uploading again.

3. Internet Connection
   In rare cases, it comes down to your type of internet connection. Try uploading once over WiFi instead of mobile data (or vice versa).

4. File Format or Size
   If your document isn't recognized at all or an error message appears, it could be due to an unsupported file extension or a file size that's too large. Check whether your document is in a common format (like PDF, DOCX, PNG, or JPG). If you get an error message, read it carefully - it usually tells you what the issue is.
