I'm Not Currently Looking for a Job

If you've already found a job and want to pause using Instaffo for a while, you can do that through your settings. This guide will show you how to pause your profile.

Pausing Your Profile

1. Go to Settings
   Click on your avatar in the top right corner and select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.

2. Open Pause or Delete Profile
   Scroll down in the settings until you find the "Pause or delete profile" option. Click on it.

3. Choose Pause
   Select the option "I want to pause my profile" and click "Next".

4. Set Pause Duration and Reason
   Decide how many months you'd like to pause your profile. You can choose between 3, 6, 9, 18, or 24 months. You also have the option to provide a reason:

   • I'm not currently looking for a new job: If you're not searching for a new position right now
   • I've already received enough job suggestions and don't need more: If you've gotten enough offers
   • I've already found a new job: If you've successfully landed a new position
   • Other: For any other reasons

5. Confirm Your Pause
   Click "Pause" to pause your profile for your chosen period. You won't receive any job suggestions or newsletters during this time. Job suggestions you've already received and ongoing applications won't be affected.

6. Reactivate Your Profile Early
   If you want to reactivate your profile before the pause period ends, you can do so directly through the icons in your settings and use the platform as normal. Just click "Reactivate profile".

Your profile changes take effect immediately after you pause it.
