What is Instaffo, and who can see my profile?

Instaffo is free for you. Companies can only see your full profile after you apply to them. Your current employer will never see it.

How does Instaffo work, and what does it cost?

With Instaffo, you apply for suitable jobs using your profile. You don’t need a cover letter. After you apply, you can chat with the company. Instaffo is free for you.

Who can see your profile?

• Before you apply, companies can only see your profile anonymously, without your name, contact details, or résumé.

• After you apply, the company can see your full profile.

• We only share your phone number and email address once an interview has been scheduled.

Can my current employer see my profile?

No. We automatically block your current employer. In your Einstellungen, under Profil-Sichtbarkeit, you can block other companies or hide your profile completely.

Is this message really from Instaffo?

• No company on Instaffo will ask you for money or bank details during the application process. If you receive a request like this, don’t reply and let us know.

Is there an app?
